SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE

EDISON CARE & SERVICE
-
Your Edison Bike is designed for smooth, reliable performance, and we’re here to help you keep it in top shape. By scheduling regular maintenance, you can ensure your bike stays ready for every ride. Whether it’s a simple check-up, a battery health assessment, or fine-tuning its performance, we’ve got you covered.
-
To keep your bike performing at its best, we recommend a tune-up every 1000 miles for standard Edison E-Bikes and every 800 miles for our cargo bikes—depending on weight and terrain. Just pick a time that works for you, and we’ll take care of the rest.
-
Need Mobile Service?
If you’re in need of mobile service for non-electrical repairs like brake adjustments, fixing broken spokes, or handling flat tires, you can reach out to our good friends at Atlanta Bicycle Repair or Clutch for convenient on-site assistance.
-
Walk-In Repairs
As Edison grows, space at our shop is limited, and service is by appointment only. If our hours don’t fit your schedule, don’t worry! You can also visit Outback Bikes or Clutch for mechanical repairs or flat tire fixes.
-
We try our best to keep repair times quick, and we’ll let you know within the first 5 minutes of your appointment whether it can be resolved quickly or if it will require a drop-off. Our goal is to ensure that we meet your needs as efficiently as possible.
-
Multiple Bikes?
If you have more than one bike that needs maintenance, be sure to schedule a separate appointment for each.
